Energy Pain Chew: Oral application. Ingest for immediate pain relief (like taking ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid). Always start out with the lowest dose possible (we suggest ½ cube) and increase ½ gummy at a time until desired relief is reached. Suggested time between doses is 3 to 4 hours. Once relief is achieved, note how long the pain relief lasts and take the next dose ½ hour prior to that time. Example: if pain relief lasts 4 hours, then repeat dose every 3 ½ hours. If you are already established on the twice daily elixir regime, expect the gelatin gummies to be more effective. Consider increasing your dose on bad weather or sore muscle days.
