Pain Capsules/Extra Strength Pain Capsules   Oral application. Ingest for immediate pain relief (like taking ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid). Always start out with the lowest dose possible (we suggest 1 capsule) every 4-6 hours, depending on level of pain. For extreme pain use the extra strength pain capsules until desired relief is reached. Suggested time between doses is 3 to 4 hours. Once relief is achieved, note how long the pain relief lasts and take the next dose ½ hour prior to that time. Example: if pain relief lasts 4 hours, then repeat dose every 3 ½ hours. If you are already established on the twice daily elixir regime, expect the pain capsules to be more effective.  Consider increasing your dose on bad weather or sore muscle days.

Each capsule contains 125mg CBD, 20mg CBG.
